The company also puts genuine effort into its internal events, consistently investing time and resources to make them well organized and enjoyable for employees. In addition, there is a strong culture of continuous learning. Employees are encouraged to develop new skills, and the company provides meaningful support for professional growth and ongoing development.

It used to be a great company, but its rapid expansion has made the organization feel less structured and less efficient. Compared with many other firms, the workload is exceptionally heavy, and there is a strong expectation that employees will work through long, exhausting hours to meet demanding deadlines. Performance expectations are also very high. As a result, employee turnover is significant, and it is not uncommon for people to leave or even return to their previous employers.
