Pros
We get to work on some of the best projects in Indiana. The pay is very competitive and most people are very nice to work with. Benefits are good too. We also have an awesome office leader.
Cons
It takes 10 years to get more vacation time. However, we also get sick time, so it is still better than a lot of our completitors.
