      Pros

      Pay is a little higher than other AEC firms, EOSP is nice to have.

      Cons

      No annual bonus (they gave us a paperweight as a thank you), no flexible work schedule - you’re expected to be in the office full time, hellbent on thinking their SSA Process is the only way to do things, a very siloed mentality with no room for growth.

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
