      Pros

      “Competitive” pay but benefits are awful

      Cons

      70% of the people are toxic. Not willing to admit when they’re wrong. Too many egos, but not enough intelligence. No bonus and terrible matching. You basically reinvest back into the company. PTO is below average.

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
