Pros
Workplace Discipline - Everyone managed time very well there, allowing you to get tasks done very rapidly. Fast Moving - This was my favorite part. I was expected to work at a very fast pace and it helped me be a very good multi-tasker.
Cons
My boss was a very stubborn and condescending person sometimes. He never actually (I believed) understood the position and team that he was a presiding over. He even said that, "I was never a project analyst, so I don't know how to do what you guys do as well as you." He preached an "Open Door Policy" but I never felt that he actually meant that, because if you wanted to stop by his office to get his blessing to do something or ask him a question, he'd always treat you like you were just getting in his way and he never had time to talk to you. It was very frustrating to listen to the way he treated his peers on the phone and in meetings as well. It always felt like he had a chip on his shoulder and the most mundane issue would set him off.
