Pros
Good benefits for those that need them. Work environment is great, woke politics haven’t invaded the workspace. PTO requests aren’t hard to get approved.
Cons
Pay is higher in other places but loss of benefits isn’t personally worth it. Aging facility in need of shop overhaul and tooling Traffic to and from Don’t expect your questions to be answered in the “town hall” meetings. Communication can be non-existent at times
