      Pros

      Great learning experience. Higher ups understand their employees and are very helpful. Work hours are nice and other employees know the meaning of team work.

      Cons

      HR department is slow.......... I don't know if it's a lack of staff or something else. Hard to get a raise even after scoring high on evaluations.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Needs better pay structure for all

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
