      The training is Superb and the benefits are decent , The Values are pretty good and they follow them to an extent ,

      I worked Epg Field service in CC and the Micromanagement was WAY too much to handle it was harder than the work itself ..

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
