      Good benefits, profit sharing, bonuses by tenure, comfortable work atmosphere, welcoming management.

      Cons

      Limited promotion opportunities, somewhat heavy work load (physically & mentally), no compensation for selling equipment as a coordinator (sales rep gets the commission regardless if they had a hand in it)

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Needs better pay structure for all

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
