      Unbeatable Culture, they have in house "intangible" skills training all free! They live their company values Incredible tenure at the company

      Cons

      Pay seems to be off based on job role Sometime can get "stuck" in a role without growth if you do not actively look for it.

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
