      They give you 18 days of sick time

      Cons

      Unless you are friends with management, dont expect to be heard. Don't expect to have any support tech. You will how ever have alot of opportunities to see how well the holt family is doing while you ponder weather it is worth it to dive into a wood chipper... cones and wheel chocks are mandatory.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
