Thank you for the candid feedback.
If this was your experience, then we fell short of our own standards—particularly around Partnership and Integrity. We expect our leaders to collaborate, communicate with respect, and hold teams accountable in a way that builds people up, not breaks them down.
As we’ve grown over the past five years, we’ve made a deliberate shift in how we lead. We’ve invested in strengthening our leadership team and setting clearer expectations around accountability, communication, and professionalism. That includes reinforcing that leadership at Howard CDM is not about control—it’s about ownership, support, and alignment.
Our culture is built on Pride in our work, Partnership with each other, Commitment to doing what we say, and Integrity in how we show up every day. When we fall short of that, we address it directly.
We are not the same company we were years ago, and we will continue to improve.
