Pros

Company lunches + great atmosphere within your team.

Cons

There’s very high turnover at this company for a reason. The CEO and his Landmark Forum consultants push this self help agenda and very strongly suggest you attend a Landmark Forum event (three 12 hour days of nonsense) in order to be considered a favorite employee. Look up the reviews for the Landmark Forum to truly understand the MLM/Cult-like atmosphere those events create. I’m all about bettering oneself, but this should take place in my personal life, not be forced into my professional life…especially when it’s taught by ‘professionals’ with no actual license/degree to do so.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We want to address this clearly. Our culture at Howard CDM is defined by Pride, Partnership, Commitment, Integrity, and Client Satisfaction. It is not defined by participation in any external program, and it has never been a requirement for anyone in the company. If that was your experience, then we did not communicate our values clearly at the time. Over the past five years, we have worked to more explicitly define and reinforce what our culture stands for—professionalism, respect, accountability, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional work. We support individual growth in many forms, but always with respect for personal choice. Our focus as a company is on building strong teams, delivering high-quality projects, and operating with integrity in everything we do.

High standards for quality, organization, and attention to detail on projects. 4. Valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for career development. 5. Understanding and respectful of family responsibilities and work-life balance compared to much of the industry.

Cons

1. Fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines that can create pressure during critical project phases. 2. High expectations and accountability may be challenging for employees who are not self-motivated. 3.
