      Pros

      Room for growth all the time, great lab supervisor Wayne Worden always there to help and very smart guy, need more knowledgeable and teachable people like him!

      Cons

      Working some of the holidays and vacation takes longer to accrue, need more employee evaluation and engagement rewarding activities would help

      Pros

      Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

      Cons

      The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
