They prefer Perfection in work than Amount of Work, So Workfloor is very casual and engaging, RnRs/FridayFun/MeTime etc are prioritized to have pleasant worklife.
Cons
1. Initially you have to enter as a Contingent Employee, and after an year or less, based on your metrics etc, you will be Badged. 2. As a Contingent employee, you will have less benifits than your badged colleague. 3. That might be underwhelming, and if you are still not badged by an year your increment is not dependent on your performance but the deal your contingent company had made with HR.
