Pros
Benefits, remote work, sometimes bonuses.
Cons
There is a terrible amount of upper-level management and leadership turnover. Amongst all of it, it trickles down and leads to casualties of good and hardworking employees. This has led to a terrible loss of innovation from this company to a reactive, catch-up-to-the-competition play. Terrible layers of approvals get in the way of innovative work within. Extremely cumbersome. Many companies that were folded in became lost in limbo, along with the innovative tech. HP is rapidly losing its longevity under a mismanaged L1 leadership. No, I do not recommend this company or its products anymore. As an employee with years within and what I've experienced as an HP consumer, there are far better options to this ending legacy.
