Definitely a "if your face " company, the management are a complete joke and use bullying tactics, if you make one mistake on a picking order they basically threaten you with the sack, I reported an incident that had nothing to do with me and almost lost my job over it,there was no teamwork between the two areas that I saw and most of the staff were very two faced and were quick enough to get anyone into trouble...safety is an big issue team mates get hurt all the time one fell off of the dock when asked to do dangerous work..trucks are always late night shift works crazy hours..product gets miss picked and computer software is screwed up

Management is always looking for a way to get rid of some one with senority in anyway possible so they can hire at a much lower rate....high rate of on tne job injuries due to bad delivery situations
