Cons
Constantly changing focus by management that increases workload and stress on employees without creating positive change. Revolving door of SR Management - Presidents, VPs. Archaic operational system. Depending on location/division middle management that is petty and spineless and will hang employees out to dry to save themselves. Constant poorly thought out price increases that alienate customers and cause Sales to constantly have to resell to current customers detracting from focus on gaining new business. Benefits decreased over tenure - dropped 401K match.
