Tons and tons of online forms, basically retaking your CDL, having to get second and third physicals when youre already in possession of a DOT card, management who doesnt listen to their employees and an almost paranoia-like approach to work processes. Lack of flexibility and nepotistic relationships with the doctors in charge of their DOT process.
