Horrible mismanagement (at the corporate level) of employee information, benefits, vacation and sick time, didn't provide proper meal break periods, proper safety equipment and at their lousy starting pay, you still have to buy your own work boots & tools. Their corporate office in Texas has NO CLUE what the labor laws are in other states...I could go on...DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU CAN WORK ANYWHERE ELSE! McDonald's is better than this place!
