Every aspect of the job and the company as a whole is a con. The company as a whole does not care about the workers whatsoever. Proper PPE is nonexistent. There is favoritism on who works what and gets paid what. Forget about a raise they don’t give raises benefits are not even worth it. Do not have the proper tools or people to get the jobs done correctly. Many things are rigged up half a** and are not safe. If you are desperate for a job go for it but I’d never suggest anyone I know to this company.
