      Pros

      Well communicated benefits plan and PPE. Friendly management.

      Cons

      The upper management is a bit stressful to work with. The management was focused on the primary customer PG&E. PG&E has a culture of subcontracting services they do not want the risk to cover so they subcontract out the work and then create a culture of fear base of dropping the subcontractors contract.

      Horrible management, shady alterior motives, best described as a slimeball company that has rebranded from Hydrochem due to their bad reputation yet continued their ways as HPC
