      Pros

      Profitable company, casual dress code, competitive salary, not really much more to give props for other than I made some good friends there

      Cons

      Poor process organization, little documentation about procedures or company structure, pretty much fly by the seat of your pants and just ask a million questions, spineless managers that will throw you under the bus rather than stand up for you when you are right...

      Overtime usually, knowledge to gain for better employment

      Horrible management, shady alterior motives, best described as a slimeball company that has rebranded from Hydrochem due to their bad reputation yet continued their ways as HPC
