Horrible pay Cheap company No raises There will be coworkers who sit in vehicles all day while you’re stuck in the sun on your feet. Your every move is tracked, they can see every second you start and stop work. Extremely strict time rules. Lunch tags that you have to find in the field or you’re fired. Very high turnover rate. Favoritism is played highly. No overtime. The analyzers you carry on your back all day is 10lbs and makes climbing hard and fatigues you at a way faster rate You’re outside on your feet working 100% of the time with no down time. They will “reimburse you” on mileage for going to other sites and then never pay you. They will make you a trainer with no raise to compensate and stick you with every new SSW, 3 and 4 at a time while the other mentors don’t have to train at all. Site managers will get on to you and try to fire you for things they did as a technician.
