      Pros

      Upper management works really well with everyone below them. The owner and CEO will travel to stop by at different locations to see how things are going.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but not great. Just dropped FSA. Low education reimbursement amount.

      Pros

      Hands down one of the best atmospheres to work in. Everyone is always willing to help others out & management does a great job making sure everything is communicated.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working at HPMC.
