Trust is the top priority for senior management at HRE. Because of that, all stress was related to the work itself and was not triggered by work relationships. When I found a position with a new company, I get nothing from support from everyone in the building. Definitely a great place to work.

HRE is a small company, so upward movement can be difficult.

Small enough to give you family business feeling. Good benefits. Great people. Very fun working environment. Very different and positive company culture. You can proudly say Made in America.

Not much to say about cons. This was my first sales job. I have learned a lot about sales bur I think I did not perform good enough with the numbers.
