Pros
I haven't worked here long, but have definitely felt welcomed and supported by my managers and even those outside of my department. It's great to see that the Executive Leaders are present and easy to converse with. The benefits package is great as well. The PTO is higher than market value, and you have several options for a healthcare package to fit your needs. They also offer an HRA and a FSA to use as you wish. 401k with a match is generous as well. Free fitness center in the Milwaukee building as well!
Cons
None that I can see. I've heard that HSA grew too fast a few years ago and were unable to keep the company running smoothly - however it sounds like those issues were/are being ironed out and taken care of. Great to have Leadership listen to suggestions from others!
