Culture is not good here..no appreciation for work..favouratism can be seen across all depts.. ijps all are an eye wash. They talk about speak up culture. The moment you speak you will be suppressed. Leadership is a big problem here. You will find all managers and leadership sitting and holding the position for long long years. You will not find a new outlook in managers who can think differently. Because they have not worked in difficult cultures hence not used to it. There should be mandatory rotation of people managers who get fresh minds on board.
