      I joined HSO as a trainee-Analyst. I found the people here are humble. There is good work-life balance and atmosphere here is very good. You can learn here new things everyday.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
