      Pros

      - Work Life Balance - Friendly, family-like atmosphere - Regular social gatherings and team building events - Feels like a small company -Good compensation - Clearly defined career growth plan HSO is growing very rapidly new jobs are being created on a weekly/monthly basis.

      Cons

      As new teams are created, they need to learn how to work with each other. But that's a challenge not a con. No cons come to mind

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
