      Pros

      Work Culture. Good Projects (Mostly development). Always keen to use the updated Microsoft product. Amazing workspace. If you perform well, you will always get recognition from the seniors. Direct interaction with the customers on site.

      Cons

      As of now nothing as such I have noticed. I joined recently but the experience and knowledge I gathered is quite amazing. Work Pressure can be more depending on Projects. (That depends not an exact cons)

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
