      Collaborative attitude, everyone is willing to help one another to achieve a common goal. Everyone has a great work ethic.

      Cons

      Work comes in waves. Some weeks will be 60-70 hours and then there will be several weeks where you struggle to find 20 hours of work to do.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
