      Good projects, but number of projects decline..

      Cons

      Last few years the salary increase was around a scandalous 1%. This year even 0%! Mobility budget is below average. High work pressure.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
