It is what it is, you get job they get money.

Cons

They take a good chunk off your pay. Only work with cdcr so there is limited job availability

Working with a diversity of people

Cons

This company does a lot of layoffs. Multiple people have been laid off in this company and it is very discouraging to work for a place that does layoffs every other 6 months.
