      Pros

      Good company, but there is a lot of changes that don't make much sense to us down in the trenches. Thank goodness for flexibility, it is the biggest pro that I have for this company. Good co workers. They are like family.

      Sales are king. Back office support is forgotten.

      Pros

      It is close to where I live and you can work remote 2 days a week.

      Cons

      You can't work remote full time, the management "team" is horrific. They mini mini manage every little thing you do. The management teams are not qualified to manage insurance account managers because they don't have any experience. The people there are very clicky
