      Pros

      I think the top management levels are great. CEO is really approachable.

      Cons

      The problem is the middle management. Micro management big time. Constantly watch over your shoulder, treat you like a kid. Everything has to follow the vertical reporting structure. If you know how to play your card, you can go far.

      Pros

      It is close to where I live and you can work remote 2 days a week.

      Cons

      You can't work remote full time, the management "team" is horrific. They mini mini manage every little thing you do. The management teams are not qualified to manage insurance account managers because they don't have any experience. The people there are very clicky
