      The work/life balance isn't the greatest, but if you're looking to immerse yourself somewhere you can learn a lot, and not feel stagnant in your career growth, HUB is the place for you.

      Pros

      It is close to where I live and you can work remote 2 days a week.

      Cons

      You can't work remote full time, the management "team" is horrific. They mini mini manage every little thing you do. The management teams are not qualified to manage insurance account managers because they don't have any experience. The people there are very clicky
