Business Outlook
Pros
Positive coworkers, management is flexible with scheduling time to deal with day to day life, new/inexperienced employees are encouraged to become licensed within three months of hire, great benefits and holiday time. Promotes within.
Cons
Besides licensing - continuing education is almost treated as an “inconvenience”. There is no pay increase once becoming licensed or earing designations (CISR, CIC, etc.) . Favoritism by management is very well known. Being detailed oriented and striving to provide exceptional service to your clients is considered “doing too much work” by management. Well below average pay.
