Thank you for sharing your concerns for process, training and communications at your local office. It is important that all employees know how to do their job, are trained to do it and understand the vision of leadership. While every office may not be the best at these areas, it is important to know that our employees care enough to say so. We encourage you to help your office develop processes that meet the needs of the team, recommend training courses for those who need guidance and ask about your team's vision. For training, we also suggest you speak with our intern training team on career development classes that are easy to access and even to do onsite with an instructor. We believe that every employee should have the tools including training to do their job well and with confidence.
