-Lower pay compared to similar positions -Understaffed/high turnover and management doesn't considering staffing to be the issue -Randomly increased workload due to understaffing -Little to no raises -New hires will make more that veterans for the same position; i.e. the pay range shifts but current employees do not see a shift with it -Constantly shifting workplace goals and projects without much follow through -Management and supervisors are hard to connect with unless they reach out to you first
