Pros
Clean, healthy environment. Employee teamwork awesome. Comfortable Ergonomics and clean work space. At least a facade of supporting a balance between work and personal life. Tools for Healthy Habits if one so chooses.
Cons
Upper Management forgets that without good front line workers, there would be NO reason for management. Bombarded daily with milestones of new acquisitions and charity donations and the wasted effort of employee relations programs. It is not too hard to figure out that employee relations improves immediately with annual reviews and supported raises. Money is best used in that way than in all these placated programs and events. Management disrespects employees by not providing responses to inquiries in a timely manner, as if the workers are less important. I would not go so far as to say one shouldn't work here as I believe this is the attitude of most of the corp. culture nowadays. But if a company wants to be great, give the employees a reason to be great and watch the magic happen.
