Pros

PTO flexibility Good people in IC positions, some good managers.

Cons

The new senior leadership is awful (except for the one female VP) The new board/powers that be are squeezing the company dry, disregarding people's thoughts, feelings and complaints. People are leaving en masse. Complete disregard for culture, good working environment, and company vibe - this used to be a staple of White Ops/HUMAN Security. CEO does not seem to care anymore. No equity except for a select few. Sideways responses to any questions or concerns. New leadership only cares about revenue. Very difficult to advance. Highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to put down your thoughts. As you mentioned we are growing into a 'more serious business' and during this stage things have changed a bit. I know how important the culture and engagement are within HUMAN and the People team as well as the leadership team strive to keep this top of mind with everything we do.

Pros

- Benefits and stipends - Pay - (Some) people :)

Cons

There are too many to name. If you're thinking of joining HUMAN Security, don't. There is no strategy, no direction, Product functions like a mess and there's too much coddling. The company feel overly reactive, priorities shift quickly and teams are expected to adjust in real time. Cross functional alignment is not always strong, which can create confusion around ownership, timelines, and decision making. Depending on the team, communication from leadership may not always provide enough clarity on long term strategy, leaving employees to navigate ambiguity more than they should. At times, high performers can end up carrying a disproportionate amount of the operational load, especially in roles that sit between teams and functions.
