Pros

HUMAN has had some pain points over the last few years, but it's growing more carefully now and overall the ship is run pretty well. Overall the work is interesting, teams are good, not toxic, and there's a good degree of autonomy and trust.

Cons

Don't expect huge perks, they're pretty stingy still with money both for raises and expenses like travel. Not massive opportunities for growth and many teams are overworked. But there a healthy, mature attitude to it all that makes it better to work at than most places.

Pros

- Benefits and stipends - Pay - (Some) people :)

Cons

There are too many to name. If you're thinking of joining HUMAN Security, don't. There is no strategy, no direction, Product functions like a mess and there's too much coddling. The company feel overly reactive, priorities shift quickly and teams are expected to adjust in real time. Cross functional alignment is not always strong, which can create confusion around ownership, timelines, and decision making. Depending on the team, communication from leadership may not always provide enough clarity on long term strategy, leaving employees to navigate ambiguity more than they should. At times, high performers can end up carrying a disproportionate amount of the operational load, especially in roles that sit between teams and functions.
