The company feel overly reactive, priorities shift quickly and teams are expected to adjust in real time. Cross functional alignment is not always strong, which can create confusion around ownership, timelines, and decision making. Depending on the team, communication from leadership may not always provide enough clarity on long term strategy, leaving employees to navigate ambiguity more than they should. At times, high performers can end up carrying a disproportionate amount of the operational load, especially in roles that sit between teams and functions.
