Started off great - Anonymous employee HX5 Employee Review

Very little schedule flexibility. Not very military friendly - supporting Guard or Reservist work. Much of paid vacation must be used on military off days instead of at employee's leisure. No flexibility for doctor or other appointments - employee must take leave or leave without pay. Inadequate policy, regulation, HR training. Inadequate on boarding process. Senior Management not helpful. Not much growth opportunity - difficult to promote. No formal form of performance feedback.
