Cons
-If you're not upper management "staff" then you're not valued -There are some people in the highest ranks that should never have gotten there and if you're not their buddy, good luck. -Pay is much lower than average and don't expect it to get better. -Bonuses are poor even during the best years, there is no reward for performance. -Vacation time includes sick time and they are NOT flexible, if you have an emergency or it snows, or even if theres a power outage, kiss those days goodbye. -Those that travel do it too much and you can never find them for answers. -Policy that makes everyone suffer due to the actions of a few.
