      Pros

      Financially Strong Company. Possibilities of career growth. Decent pay, plenty of overtime to be had.

      Cons

      Company not really set up to support service engineers. Very set in its ways, little flexibility. Ideas from the workers often overlooked. Not utilising workers strengths, people in wrong positions.
