Pros

There are no pros to this place.

Cons

Middle management is completely disorganized because they grew their revenue for 20 yrs, but they never scaled the business along with it. So every department is completely short-staffed & overwhelmed, but there is no intention to increase staff. Mgmt also lacks basic leadership skills & professionalism. They are incredibly disrespectful to their subordinates & blatant misogyny runs deep through this company. They create such a hostile & stressful work environment because they take their stress out on everyone else, because the president is completely unreasonable and acts like a tyrant. Upper management makes an exorbitant amount of money, yet when the company revenue flattens, they will come down on everyone else chastising them that we need to “cut spending”, but then upper mgmt continues to spend tons of company money on personal things. Yet they keep denying bonuses or raises, citing that the company can’t afford to. Also, upper management is extremely misogynistic. You’d think that you stepped back into the 1950s with the way they treat women—it’s appalling. Women who do their jobs better than many others at the company are not taken seriously and kept in lower positions, despite high performance. I’ve also seen management speak down to or berate women employees in a different way than they speak to men.
