Cons
They do not promote unless you have close ties to upper management and/or directors. Archaic standard operating procedures and lack of flexibility for employees; This organization is very top heavy. Employees are encouraged/pressured to rate themselves with low points during yearly evaluations - how motivating is that? Very few manager/directors are qualified for their positions.
