Used to be benefits but they have changed and they suck!!!
Cons
Underpaid, management plays favorites, no compassion or empathize, overworked doing job of 3, backstabbing by management and team members, def not one of the greatest placed to work unless you are a butt kisser! Rules and policies do not apply to everyone, 403b plan is horrible, no overtime allowed, taking on too many other projects and cannot finish ones already started, fake people, false promises of raises and moving up.
